We are putting our sweet little house out there on the rental market. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I've had a couple people come to look at our house and a few calls or e-mails from people who are interested in looking at our house or filling out an app. This whole process is new to me, we've never rented so I'm not sure about how it works. I've been asking everyone I know about what to do. I figure the more information I get the better. I think it would be nice if we sorta knew the people who lived here, so I'm posting the info for our house on my blog, if you see this and know of someone please send me an e-mail.
It is a 3 bd 2bath home. pergo in main living areas and new carpet in bedrooms. HUGE backyard, all appliances included. It's a great starter home. we are wanting 825 a month with a 600 dollar deposit and a 6 month lease. Absolutely no smoking and no pets preferred

I manage 60 rental homes down here. I can give you lots of tips. 1st one being ALWAY ask for more deposit that 1 months worth of rent. Many people will give 30 days notice and say "use my deposit as last months rent" then you're left with damages and no money to cover it and you can find the people.
